- The official entry form must be filled in and sent to the Danish Squash Federation before the tournament closing date.
- All entries must be approved by the players MNA, entries not approved will not be accepted.
- All Package fees must be paid in full, net of bank charges, to the Danish Squash Federation before the tournament closing date.
